This is a reminder post of the many over the counter meds that can cause damage to ailing kidneys. I’m so thankful to have this list my nephrologist gave me at the beginning of my journey. Also listed are herbs that may be harmful. I should’ve read this part more closely because fresh ginger was one of my favorite go-to’s for longer than it should have been!
